Previously a dive bar, this project involves the renovation of the defunct space into a California-style Wine Bar. The refreshed space provides indoor table and bar seating as well as outdoor patio seating. Space has been allocated for live music, and the basement serves as a wine cellar. Accordion-style windows were installed to create an inviting indoor/outdoor experience for patrons.
