Stiles Street Apartments is a deed-restricted affordable housing project that revitalizes seven vacant single-family lots into 18 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project was broken up into three identical buildings, with facades designed to mimic the surrounding neighborhood aesthetic. Each building provides a central stair tower and a resident trash room. Each building contains two Type-B Accessible units at the first floor and grade-level access to promote better accessibility.
