This 1920s single-family home was adapted into a fully-furnished three-unit apartment building. Each unit features en-suite bathrooms, laundry facilities, and large closet spaces. The interior furnishing selection created a cohesive and playful blend between the soft upholstery and the rigid tile backsplashes. The existing structure was gutted down to the existing shell and retrofit with new MEP systems, fire-rated assemblies, and new interior finishes. Structural modifications included joist repair, relocation of interior stairs, and a new third-floor addition.
