This triplex was a 1920s single-family home that was adapted into a three-unit apartment building. Large windows in each bedroom offer bright natural light, while wall to wall closets offer ample amounts of storage space. Each unit features en-suite bathrooms, laundry facilities, and large closet spaces. The existing structure was gutted down to the existing shell and retrofit with new MEP systems, fire-rated assemblies, and new interior finishes. Structural modifications included joist repair, relocation of interior stairs, and a new third-floor addition.
