Once complete, the Heritage Apartments in Central Florida will feature 138 dwelling units spread across five buildings. The triangular shaped lot posed a unique challenge in designing the most effective site plan that maximizes occupancy potential while maintaining the open space required for garden-style apartment living. The project is anticipated to be Type 5 Construction with completion expected in 2025.
