This mixed-use, ground-up, transit-oriented-development project includes 90 dwelling units and over 6,000 SF of first-floor commercial space. Each residential floor has a large amenity space (co-working offices, commercial kitchen, lounge) to facilitate connectivity between the residents on different floors. Underground stormwater retention basins and native planting beds help reduce the stormwater burden on the surrounding sites.
