Colloquially known as Albright Court, this historic hotel and former dormitory is slated to be turned into 40 market-rate studio and one-bedroom apartments. Current renovation plans include utilizing most of the existing interior partitions and hallways to maintain the historic structure while making the building Accessible with a new ramp to the Courtyard. New windows, mechanical systems, and spacious interior layouts accompany resident amenities including a bike room, mail room, fitness area, and trash room.
