Conveniently located in West Philly with proximity to Fairmount Park and University City, 900 N. 41st Street is a mixed-use four-story structure featuring a ground floor laundromat and seven apartments. Working within the existing building layout provided a design challenge that resulted in a unique mix of one- and two-bedroom units including a ground floor Accessible unit. Once complete, this project will have new MEP systems, fire-rated assemblies, and all new finishes throughout.
