Caroline grew up in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania and attended Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Caroline began working in architecture offices while still in high school and has since built a career supporting small businesses. With over two decades of experience in the architecture and construction industries, Caroline brings a deep understanding of architectural practice from the inside out. Caroline is known for her thoughtful approach, strong institutional knowledge, and steady support of teams as they grow and evolve.
